Coordinate for repairs or upgrades when necessary.
Sales And Marketing
Promote the villa through various online travel agents (OTAs), social media, and partnerships.
Monitor bookings and occupancy rates, implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
Create marketing campaigns or collaborate with marketing teams to increase visibility.
Compliance And Safety
Ensure the villa complies with local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Develop and enforce safety protocols for staff and guests.
Regularly inspect the property for safety risks and resolve issues promptly.
