Duties And Responsibilities

Guest Relations:


  • Welcome and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing feedback effectively.
  • Coordinate with concierge services to assist guests with tours, transportation, and other requests.

Staff Management


  • Supervise, train, and motivate villa staff.
  • Schedule and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth villa operations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Property Maintenance And Standards


  • Oversee the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall appearance of the villa.
  • Ensure regular maintenance of facilities, appliances, and landscaping.
  • Coordinate for repairs or upgrades when necessary.

Sales And Marketing


  • Promote the villa through various online travel agents (OTAs), social media, and partnerships.
  • Monitor bookings and occupancy rates, implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Create marketing campaigns or collaborate with marketing teams to increase visibility.

Compliance And Safety


  • Ensure the villa complies with local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Develop and enforce safety protocols for staff and guests.
  • Regularly inspect the property for safety risks and resolve issues promptly.
