Job Description: Videographer & Video Editor

We are looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to create compelling video content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. In this role, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos that align with our beauty and hair care clinic's branding and engage our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:

1. Plan, shoot, and produce videos for various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
2. Operate and maintain video equipment to ensure high production quality.
3. Edit raw footage into polished videos with engaging visuals, transitions, and sound.
4. Add subtitles, graphics, and effects to enhance video appeal and effectiveness.

Content Creation:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
2. Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone, message, and target audience.

Social Media Optimization:

1. Format videos according to platform-specific requirements (e.g., vertical for TikTok, square for Instagram).
2. Stay updated on trending video styles and content strategies for each platform.

Project Management:

1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
2. Maintain organized archives of all video content for future use.

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
2. Experienced in shooting and editing videos for social media platforms.
3. Knowledge of lighting, sound, and video equipment operation.
4. Creative and detail-oriented with strong storytelling skills.
5. Familiarity with trends and best practices for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willing to be placed in PIK (Jakarta Utara) or Pondok Indah (Jakarta Selatan).
