Vice Principal (Pre-school & Kindergarten Level)

Kinderfield School - Bandung, is looking for a professional to fill in the following positions

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the development and implementation of the curriculum and instructional programs

• Assist in evaluating and improving teaching methods and academic performance.

• Promote a positive learning environment and ensure high standards of academic achievement.

• Assist the Principal in managing daily school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and policy enforcement.

• Coordinate and oversee student discipline and ensure a safe and respectful school environment.

• Address student needs and concerns, providing guidance and support to ensure student success and well-being.

• Mentor and support teachers, providing professional development opportunities and fostering a collaborative teaching environment.

• Conduct teacher evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional practices.

• Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships and promote the school’s goals and programs.

• Organize and participate in school events, meetings, and activities to support community involvement.

• Ensure compliance with educational regulations, school policies, and legal requirements.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor / Master’s degree in Education.

• Proven experience as a school administrator, including previous roles such as assistant principal, principal, or other relevant leadership positions.

• Experience in curriculum development, teacher supervision, and student support.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, staff, parents, and the community.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• In-depth knowledge of educational policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Familiarity with government education regulations.

• A commitment to fostering a positive school culture.

• Strong ethical standards and a dedication to student success and well-being.
