Manage a function and maintain sustainable growth of Jakarta Branch by assisting clients of MUFG in origination debt capital market (loan and bonds), connecting clients through business activities and collaboration also providing ideas for clients in the form of strategic advisory to support clients’ business development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategy to align to the Bank's direction / vision.
• Provide ideas for clients to develop their market or business, in the form of strategic papers.
• Develop and lead initiatives to increase revenue opportunities and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
• Collaborate with offshore branches in the origination of the syndicated loan pipeline.
• Liaise with third parties (legal counsel, etc.) to support business activities.
• Assist MUS in the origination and execution of global bonds and other fixed income capital market products.
• Originate primary syndication loans.
• Distribute secondary loan sell-downs.
• Assist CAO as local coverage for M&A opportunities.
• Assist MUS as domestic coverage in global bonds origination and execution.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
• Work in partnership with colleagues in the region to share best practices and deliver an integrated service for our customers.
• Handle communication with customers in coordination with relevant Relationship Managers to obtain information on their financial condition and promote our Bank’s products and services.
• Responsible for managing (objective setting & performance management), developing (coaching, career progression & training), and rewarding (financial and non-financial reward decisions) for Direct Reports.
• Support the team with presenting research outputs to the business, if necessary.
• Support, coach and guide the team on Investment Banking product issues.
