Manage a function and maintain sustainable growth of Jakarta Branch by assisting clients of MUFG in origination debt capital market (loan and bonds), connecting clients through business activities and collaboration also providing ideas for clients in the form of strategic advisory to support clients’ business development.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategy to align to the Bank's direction / vision.
- Providing ideas for clients to develop its market or business, in the form of strategic paper.
- Develop and lead initiatives to deliver increase revenue opportunities and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
- Collaborate with offshore branches in origination of syndicated loan pipeline.
- Liaise with third parties (legal counsel, etc) to support business activities.
- Assisting MUS in origination and execution of global bonds and others fixed income capital market products.
- Origination of primary syndication loan.
- Distribution of secondary loan sell down.
- Assisting CAO as local coverage for M&A opportunities.
- Assisting MUS as domestic coverage in global bonds origination and execution.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
- Work in partnership with colleagues in the region to share best practice, deliver an integrated service for our customers.
- Handle communication with the customers within coordination of relevant Relationship Managers to obtain information on their financial condition within the scope and for promoting our Bank’s products and services.
- Responsible for managing (objective setting & performance management), developing (coaching, career progression & training) and rewarding (financial and non-financial reward decisions) for Direct Reports.
- Support team with presenting research outputs to the business, if necessary.
- Support, coach and guide team on Investment Banking product’s issues.
