Vendor Management Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Create or complete vendor qualification documents (e.g. Self-audit Questionnaire, compile quality agreement) to optimize vendor qualification output.
2. Manage Vendor Matrix align with the applicable Approved Supplier List.
3. Involved in vendor evaluation activities and ensure vendor evaluation points have been fulfilled by the relevant PIC.
4. Create a supplier/vendor audit schedule based on the vendor risk matrix.
5. Prepare and update SOP regarding vendor management.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist, preferably with minimum 1 years experiences.
2. Have received training and understand the Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB).
3. Have active command of the English language.
4. Have been trained in supplier qualifications or vendor management and have conducted audits will be a plus.
5. Have leadership skills.

Our production facility and operations have been certified by the Indonesia NADFC (National Agency of Drug and Food Control), with standards of manufacturing practice found to be in accordance with the current standard of Good Manufacturing Practices as well as to meet the standard required by Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/s) and World Health Organization (WHO).
