UIUX Designer (Fluent in English, Support Hong Kong)

ATech Solution seeks a passionate UIUX Designer to craft seamless, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences for our brand and projects. You'll play a pivotal role in designing intuitive user interfaces, conducting user research, and working closely with developers, product managers, and clients to enhance the overall user experience for different projects.

The job duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into design improvements.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces and graphics.
• Conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs for improved user experience.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Retouch and enhance product demonstration videos, ensuring high-quality and consistent visual representation across different platforms.
• Assist in the implementation of different marketing strategies and campaigns, and analyze the performance metrics.

Requirements for the role:

• Degree in Marketing, Design, or related fields with a strong sense of artistry are highly preferred.
• A robust foundation in IT skills is highly desirable.
• Strong portfolio showcasing skills in UI UX and graphic design, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of translating concepts into engaging visual designs.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
