Your Role:

As a key team member, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our product vision to life, shaping the user experience, and designing new features for our state-of-the-art platform.

Working closely with the Product Manager and Developers, you’ll contribute to our mission of providing a scalable, data-driven event marketing platform that dramatically reduces workload and minimizes errors for event managers. Your expertise in B2B user design and familiarity with B2B marketing tools will be crucial in crafting intuitive, effective designs that resonate with our audience and support our growth goals.

Your Tasks:

• Work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager and Developers to design and implement features that align with our mission.
• Participate in sprint planning to optimize feature development and resolve design challenges.
• Design and optimize the entire user journey, tailoring experiences for different user groups and personas.
• Develop high-quality design solutions and documentation that improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee quality assurance for new designs and user interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Identify project risks related to design and devise appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Allocate your time efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• Bring innovative ideas to improve our platform and user experience.

You’ll Fit Great With These Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, particularly in B2B SaaS environments.
• Profound knowledge in user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, and design thinking methodologies.
• Deep understanding of B2B users and B2B marketing tools.
• Proficiency in design tools; experience with Figma is an advantage.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and creating design systems.
• Solid knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with product managers and developers.
• Proactive approach to solving design problems.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Enthusiastic about enhancing the user journey and driving business growth.
