Analyze and identify user experience (UX) challenges in products and systems to enhance user satisfaction and address user needs.
Conduct and manage customer research, user testing, A/B testing, and usability studies to inform design improvements.
Deliver innovative designs that drive measurable business results.
Create human-centered wireframes and prototypes that address user pain points and enhance customer satisfaction.
Design mock-ups and high-fidelity user interfaces, iterating rapidly based on feedback.
Provide product specifications, copywriting, and UI elements/assets to Engineers and Developers.
Develop and maintain a UI/UX style guide for use by product teams.
Contribute to the creation of internal tools aimed at improving design efficiency.
Build and deliver prototypes for usability testing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with prior work experience preferred.
Strong collaboration skills, a humble attitude, and a willingness to learn, help, and share with others.
Creative curiosity to explore new solutions and validate designs through quantitative and qualitative research.
Solid understanding of the platform you are designing for (iOS, Android, Web, etc.), with attention to detail, familiarity with UI kits/design systems, and knowledge of how they scale.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Protopie, Useberry, Framer, and similar software.
Preferably has experience in designing financial products.
