UI/UX Designer

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree from reputable/state university and related majors (Computer Science, Engineering, etc), with GPA >3.00/4.00
2. 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
3. Experience in the industry, with a track record of successful projects, can be highly beneficial
4. Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software
5. Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality and polished design work
6. Understanding of design principles, usability, and human-computer interaction
7. A fast and a lifelong learner
8. Discipline and focus
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points
2. Analyze data from user testing and feedback to inform design decisions
3. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows
4. Develop interactive prototypes to test functionality and user interactions
5. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align design with technical constraints and business goals
6. Provide design specifications and support during the implementation phase
7. Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge
