Turbo Services Inspector & Mechanic

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage team work of mechanics in performing GT (Gas Turbine), ST (Steam Turbine), and Compressor Overhauls.
• Organize, coordinate and execute maintenance work scopes on heavy duty gas and steam turbines.
• Work closely with other FS Colleagues and subcontractors to ensure all maintenance activities are completed to a high standard and within the schedules time frames.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during maintenance operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to turbines and compressors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of Senior High School.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Mechanic Supervisor performing GT and ST Overhauls.
• Must have completed a Millwright Apprentice program or possess documented Mechanical Training.
• Proven experience in preparing and executing maintenance for various major companies, including PGE Kamojang, Freeport, Apical, and San Miguel Corp.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
