On behalf of our client, a leading and well-established tour and travel company, we are currently seeking a Travel Manager to be based in Surabaya.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, service quality management, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Stay updated with industry regulations, travel trends, and new destinations to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales within the travel industry, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Passion for the travel industry and a customer-centric approach.
Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
