Travel Consultant (Tour and Travel)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Analyze potential market.
2. Generate and maintain sales leads.
3. Handle selling and proceed inquiries from clients (tour, tickets, accommodation, visa, etc.).
4. Provide and deliver first-level responses to clients' requests with attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
5. Networking and sales visits.
6. Maintain a good relationship with clients and suppliers.
7. GDS Ticketing (Galileo/Sabre/Amadeus/Althea) for issued/reissued domestic and international ticketing.
8. Ready to become a Tour Leader (if needed).
9. Escalate client requests that deviate from signed sales agreements.
10. Other related responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Maximum age 35 years old.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
3. Familiar and/or certified with Galileo/Sabre/Amadeus/Althea reservation system.
4. Experience in related skills.
5. Innovative, resourceful, and adaptive.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
7. Mature, neat appearance, strong personality, creative, humble, honest, and self-motivated.
8. Willing to go the extra mile.
9. Familiar with B2B and B2C.
10. Proficiency in English is a plus.
