Translator Mandarin

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language or any related major.
• Minimum 2 years realted working experiences.
• Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Competent in English (minimum passive proficiency).
• Detail-oriented.
• Available to start work immediately.

Job Description:

Technical Document Translation:

• Translate technical documents (SOPs, work instructions, machine specs, production reports) between Indonesian/English and Mandarin.
• Translate maintenance guides and safety procedures from Mandarin to Indonesian.
• Act as an oral translator during meetings and discussions between local employees and Mandarin-speaking supervisors.
• Accompany technicians on the production floor to facilitate communication.

Daily Communication Support:

• Provide real-time translation of work instructions and production changes for local teams and Mandarin-speaking supervisors.

Production Report Preparation:

• Assist in preparing and translating production reports for Mandarin-speaking management.

Training and Orientation:

• Translate training materials related to production and safety procedures.
• Accompany local employees during technical training sessions led by Chinese instructors.

Safety Instruction Translation:

• Translate workplace safety procedures and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines from Mandarin to Indonesian to ensure compliance.
