Translator (IN-CN)

岗位职责：

1. 口译服务：提供会议及其他活动的陪同口译服务，确保双方沟通顺畅。

2. 文档翻译：负责将各类文件（如合同、报告、技术文档等）从源语言翻译成目标语言，确保翻译内容准确、流畅。

3. 文化适应：了解和传达双方的文化背景，确保翻译内容符合目标受众的文化习惯。

4. 协作沟通：与项目团队成员、客户及其他相关方沟通，了解项目需求并提供专业建议。

任职要求：

1. 学历要求：本科及以上学历，翻译、语言学、国际关系等相关专业优先。

2. 语言能力：精通至少两种语言（中文和印尼语），具备优秀的书面和口头表达能力。

3. 工作经验：不限，具有相关翻译工作经验者优先，熟悉特定行业（如法律、技术、医学等）翻译者更佳。

4. 出差：可以适应中国短期出差。

5. 沟通能力：具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能在压力下高效工作。

6. 细致严谨：注重细节，具备较强的责任心和时间管理能力。

Job responsibilities:

1. Interpretation services: Provide accompanying interpretation services for meetings and other activities to ensure smooth communication between the two parties.

2. Document translation: Responsible for translating various documents (such as contracts, reports, technical documents, etc.) from the source language to the target language to ensure that the translated content is accurate and smooth.

3. Cultural adaptation: Understand and convey the cultural background of both parties, and ensure that the translated content conforms to the cultural habits of the target audience.

4. Collaborative communication: Communicate with project team members, customers and other relevant parties to understand project needs and provide professional suggestions.

Job requirements:

1. Educational requirements: Bachelor degree or above, translation, linguistics, international relations and other related majors are preferred.

2. Language ability: Proficient in at least two languages (Chinese and Indonesia), with excellent written and oral expression skills.

3. Work experience: No limit. Applicants with relevant translation experience are preferred. Translators familiar with specific industries (such as law, technology, medicine, etc.) are preferred.

4. Business trip: It can adapt to short-term business trips in China.

5. Communication skills: Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

6. Meticulous and rigorous: pay attention to details, have a strong sense of responsibility and time management ability.
