Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and Chinese-speaking professional to join our team as a Training & Development Specialist. This role will focus on employee onboarding, training, and development in our retail stores, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with company standards. The successful candidate will also act as a bridge between local teams and international experts.

It is advised to attach a self-introduction letter in Chinese to prove language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Training & Development
   - Conduct the onboarding process for new retail employees, delivering comprehensive training to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
   - Conduct periodic refresher training sessions to maintain employee proficiency and compliance with company standards.
2. Staff Capability Assessment
   - Evaluate the skills and competencies of store staff, identifying high-potential employees for leadership roles such as Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
   - Contribute to the development and refinement of store operational standards by sharing local insights and expertise with international stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Indonesian market.
3. Translation & Communication Assistance
   - Provide translation support during meetings and assist in facilitating seamless communication between local teams and Chinese experts.
   - Support the Chinese team with ad-hoc communication and translation tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in training and employee development, preferably in the retail industry. Candidates with solid background of working/managing in retail store will also be considered.

- Fluent in Chinese is a Must (written and spoken).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment.

- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
