Job Qualification

Education:

S1 Business Administration or any other Major with Sales and Marketing Training, Leadership Training.

Working experience:

Minimum 15 years experience: 5 years as Sales and Marketing Director preferably in Training business, 10 years as Sales and Marketing Manager preferably in Training business, and Consultant.

Main Role

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
  • Analyze the market to create business and commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  • Understanding the requirements and needs of customers to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Maintain commercial activities of the organization to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization.
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Support Sales Team and Marketing working in alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for Managing Director.
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, operation, etc.)
  • Meet the targets and those of the team as a whole.
  • Maintain conflict of interest & impartiality.
  • Monitor SFDC: Sales Pipeline, D&B Match, Leads Contacted, Past Closed Date Opportunity Follow Sales Ground Rules.
