TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

• Designing, managing, and developing curriculum.
• Organize all materials and content (syllabus, slides, and assessments) for the product to be uploaded on the LMS according to the planned topics.
• Monitor and ensure the video recording and editing processes for all content in the LMS.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure content outcomes.
• Provide training for teacher competency development.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education/ Psychology (Overseas graduates are welcome to apply)
• Maximum age of 35 years old
• Having experience in designing, managing, and developing curriculum
• Having experience in teaching or conducting training minimum of 2 years
• Understanding of Christlike Education Philosophy
• Strong leadership with good communication skills
• Work Location: West Jakarta
