Develop and enhance training modules covering technical skills, leadership, soft skills, compliance, and product knowledge, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct training using various methods (workshops, coaching, on-the-job training, and e-learning).
Engage sales teams and field employees by delivering interactive, practical training sessions tailored to their challenges.
Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted development programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Training & Development or Learning & Development.
Experience designing and delivering training programs for field employees (e.g., sales teams, frontline workers).
Able to engage and motivate participants with diverse backgrounds, particularly sales teams who work in dynamic, target-driven environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
