Training & Development Manager

About the role

As the Training & Development Manager at Passion Jewelry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and capabilities of our talented team. Based in Serpong Banten, this full-time position will see you lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our training programs, ensuring our employees are equipped with the knowledge and abilities to excel in their roles and drive the growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Assess training needs across the organisation and develop tailored programs to address skills gaps
• Design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions covering a range of topics such as product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
• Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with broader business objectives
• Implement innovative learning solutions, including e-learning and on-the-job training
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed
• Provide coaching and mentoring to support the professional development of our employees
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in a training and development role, preferably within the retail or jewelry industry
• Have experience at learning academy will advantages
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
• Strong project management skills to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and the latest training methodologies
• Proficient in using various training tools and technologies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
