Training Development Manager

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Education / Training, Linguistics, Languages, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of training management, instructional design, curriculum development, professional development in education, or school leadership.
3. Having a passion for education and teacher development.
4. Must have an aptitude for identifying challenges and developing effective solutions.
5. Fluency in oral and written English is required (please submit your current TOEFL Certificate Score, if available).
6. Hardworking, open-minded, flexible, a good team player, and eager to grow and contribute to cultural-based learning.
7. Those experienced in Montessori Teaching Methods will be given priority.
