Job description

Minimum Requirements:

Have Trainer/Facilitator certification (preferred)
At least 1-2 years of experience in Restaurant Kitchen (Kitchen Leader), preferably from Food and Beverages, Hotel and Tourism industry
Have experience in Indonesian food
Willing to be placed at our company brand, Dapur Solo Lunch Box
Willing to be mobile & assigned out of town

Job Description:

Conduct training, create training modules/syllabus
Design, expand and evaluate training & development programs based on organizational and individual needs
Able to explore new technologies and methodologies in learning & training
