Trade Marketing Manager (FMCG for Food Products)

Responsibilities:

• Look for various activities, various publicity positions to release, negotiate cooperation and coordination intentions, check feedback and conclude how it impacts.
• Cooperate in planning and implementing various product sampling activities, sample distribution, promotion and sponsorship, as well as conducting regulatory checks on other forms of activity and interests.
• Assist and cooperate in implementing various activities, evaluating financing and proposals (such as special promotions on weekends, Annual promotion, distributor rating etc).
• Coordinate resources during the annual festive season, plan, implement and inspect promotional activities.
• Reporting activities and budget control and monitoring.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade activities and adjust plans.
• Establish strong relationships with key retailers and distributors to drive brand visibility.
• Arrange product sampling promotions, entry to the warehouse, product sampling, etc.; manage the stock of goods at the company's branch, use promotional products at the branch.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, must from FMCG for food products.
• Proven track record of executing successful trade marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or trade marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
