Trade Line Assistant Manager (Shipping)

We are looking for a Trade Assistant Manager to support our international trade operations. This role involves managing trade lanes, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute trade strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
2. Manage pricing, contract negotiations, and tender submissions.
3. Oversee cargo booking, allocations, and transshipment operations.
4. Monitor trade performance and provide insights for improvement.
5. Build relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
2. 5-7 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
3. Strong knowledge of international trade and Indonesian trade policies.
4. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
