TOUR ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism / Hospitality
2. Experience as Inbound/Outbound Tour Assistant Manager minimum 3 years
3. Good English, high communication and presentation skills
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
5. Sales oriented
6. Know Inbound / Outbound tour packages.
7. Excellent knowledge of international and domestic destinations, costing and operations.
8. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and flexible schedule.
9. Strong leadership for handling team.

Job Description:

1. Design and quote itineraries according to the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
2. Handle product developments, sales and operations in international and domestic destinations.
3. Provide travel information, give suggestions and advise alternatives on the travel requests.
4. Build long-term relationships with our partners and prospective suppliers.
5. Build strong customer relationships with existing corporate or individual clients.
6. Coordination with Group Reservation Department, Staff of a Travel Document, Insurance, etc.
7. Develop the selling products and arrange to get the best-negotiated rates from all suppliers.
8. To do price calculations, comparison of prices, and budgeting.
9. Should be able to manage the operations for promoting various tourism services for increased sales growth.
