- Perform quality checks on customer service agents handling inquiries including the LLM review
- Ensure processes and translation results comply with native Korean standards
- Provide direct live translation from Indonesian to Korean on customer cases if necessary
- Prepare and present regular reports on translation results and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Certified TOPIK 5 Language Proficiency
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree with a GPA of at least 2.75
- Preferably have experience in Travel/Hospitality Industry
- Willing to be based in Semarang
- Available to join immediately
