Tolling Manager

Job Description

The Tolling Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of The Toll Aquafeed Mill Facilities to ensure that aquafeed is produced effectively, efficiently, and meets ADM standards by managing all aspects of the tolling operations regarding quality, inventory, and production.

Responsibilities:

• Meet production schedules and ensure aquafeed production in accordance with ADM operating procedures, policies, and quality specifications.
• Address any significant operational issues that arise at the Toller, investigate complaints, and ensure resolution through the appropriate interfaces.
• Responsible for demand and raw material planning of the toll mill facilities.
• Maintain a tolling supply base delivering production flexibility and reliability at a competitive total cost.
• Streamline coordination with Procurement, Supply Chain, or related departments for material planning, production scheduling, warehousing, and logistics.
• Report and manage any significant, continuing risks and compliance gaps.
• Ensure accuracy in production data, inventory, and quality control measures of The Toll Feed Mill Facilities.
• Ensure The Toll Feed Mill Facilities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Fisheries & Marine Studies, Industrial Engineering, or a related major.
• Minimum 5 years of job-related experience in Aquafeed mill management.
• Excellent understanding of Aquafeed processing standards and regulations.
• Excellent understanding of Aquafeed formulation, technology, and processes.
• Working experience in an aquafeed manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Committed and customer-oriented team player.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Able to build and maintain good coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
