TikTok Specialist - Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Establish good relationships with customers through Planet Gadget's official social media accounts.
• Provide information clearly, in detail and as soon as possible to every customer who asks on social media accounts.
• Coordinate with the marketing team, warehouse and digital manager regarding product availability, prices, specifications, promotions and prizes for customers.
• Understand and follow updates and trends on TikTok.
• Able to analyze and provide insight regarding trends on social media platforms.
• Can manage and understand the features on TikTok.
• Identify marketing plans to create social media strategies that align with company business goals.
• Develop and craft engaging social media content and work closely with the creative and marketing team.
• Able to continuously improve social media strategy - content creation, original content ideas.
• Deep knowledge of the TikTok platform.

Qualifications:

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, Digital Marketing and Marketing skills are a plus.
• Experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, tech-savvy, and a Social Media Enthusiast.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, but all majors are encouraged to apply.
• 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Willing to work at Denpasar, Bali.
