About The Role: The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth and is a highly competitive space. With millions of loyal users globally, TikTok aims to deliver a better e-commerce experience, bringing discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping.

The Seller Engagement Assistant Manager will be a knowledge center within the TTS Delivery business, expected to understand seller needs, communicate these needs across the organization, and drive continuous improvement in seller satisfaction and service efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with key sellers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for seller inquiries, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Provide day-to-day support to sellers, coordinating with operations on FM pickup schedules and handling pickup/return complaints.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in seller engagement, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with key stakeholders, including high-value clients (VIP sellers).
  • Experience in managing teams, including overseeing multiple direct reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Event planning and management experience, particularly in organizing seller engagement events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in using communication tools for remote collaboration.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience in information gathering from various sources.
