About The Team: The performance and planning team supports the WH operations from the HQ office. While we don't manage day-to-day operations, we provide essential support, especially during peak seasons (Sept-Dec).

This position will contribute significantly to data analytics, as operations teams require a dedicated data analyst for faster analytical problem-solving.

• Perform query creation and data analysis.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance, including warehouse SLA (Service Level Agreement) and cost metrics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business operations and resolve on-ground issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business analytics, statistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for working with data daily.
• Experience in operations, with knowledge of warehouse processes being a plus.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work over weekends when required (occasionally, not regularly).
• Residency in or near Bekasi is an advantage.
