About The Team:

Our team is dedicated to driving the success and visibility of retail brands. We are a collaborative and innovative team that thrives on delivering impactful strategies to our partners. Your primary focus will be on creating strategic business plans, providing insights, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of brand strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop the official TikTokshop Affiliate account of Retail business, responsible for account planning and long-term GMV growth by focusing on the metrics of traffic, user, assortment, content and marketing.
  • Responsible for account operations, working with external agencies to deliver the content planning and creation, host management, etc. Establish agency management mechanism and consolidate account operation SOP.
  • Responsible for product assortment strategy, familiar with Tiktok shop FMCG assortment logic, develop product strategy based on the characteristics of the category and account.
  • Responsible for content strategy, exploring and creating showcase sessions for each account by collaborating across departments to drive rapid growth of the account.
  • Familiar with Tiktokshop content metrics, continuously iterating on metrics and enhancing GMV by deep-dive sales data and content performance for each account.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce service providers or agencies/TSP/MCN.
  • Experience in agency collaboration, content operations, product operation, or live-streaming operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creator/influencer management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, content marketing and overseas consumer behavior.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in brand official account management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools.
