Job description

We are looking for a TikTok Live Streaming Manager who is creative, innovative, and results-oriented to manage and develop live streaming strategies to boost traffic, engagement, and sales conversions. If you have experience in e-commerce live streaming and want to grow in a dynamic environment, this is your chance!

Responsibilities:

  • Live Streaming Strategy: Develop and manage TikTok live streaming strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Live Content Planning: Create and optimize live streaming content, including product selection, scripting, and interactive strategies to enhance viewer experience.
  • Host & Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage live stream hosts and the team to improve overall performance.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze key metrics (watch time, GMV, engagement rate, etc.) to enhance the effectiveness of live streaming.
  • Marketing Campaign Planning: Design promotional live streaming events based on TikTok platform characteristics to boost user retention and repeat purchases.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align live streaming content with the company’s overall business strategy.
  • Platform Relationship Management: Maintain communication with TikTok’s official team to stay updated on policies and gain platform support to increase exposure.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce live streaming operations, especially on TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok live streaming mechanics, traffic strategies, and user consumption behavior.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to optimize live streaming content and strategies based on insights.
  • Proven team management experience, capable of leading a live streaming team and achieving performance targets.
  • Market awareness with the ability to adapt live streaming strategies to current trends.
  • Excellent communication & execution skills to effectively drive projects forward.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in TSP (TikTok Shop Partner) or MCN (Multi-Channel Network).
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and monetization strategies.
  • Mandarin language skills for better coordination with international teams.
