Job Overview:

We are on a hunt for a TikTok Content Creator to build and maintain TORCH's presence on TikTok. As a TikTok Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging, trend-setting, and brand-aligned video content to promote TORCH’s products on TikTok. The role involves content ideation, production, editing, and analysis to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute creative ideas for TikTok videos that align with TORCH's image and target audience.
  2. Stay updated on TikTok trends, challenges, and features to create relevant content.
  3. Edit videos using TikTok’s in-app tools and other editing software to ensure high production value.
  4. Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and aesthetic.
  5. Collaborate with the brand management and marketing teams to align TikTok content with overall marketing campaigns and product launches.
  6. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in TikTok trends and challenges.
  7. Monitor and analyze the performance of TikTok content, using insights to refine and improve future videos.
  8. Track the performance of TikTok content using analytics tools.
  9. Provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and other key metrics, along with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Job Qualification

  1. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Min. 2 years of experience as a TikTok Content Creator, preferably within the fashion or retail industry, with a portfolio or examples of previous successful TikTok campaigns or videos.
  3. Strong understanding of the TikTok platform and trends.
  4. Excellent video production and editing skills.
  5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas, with a keen eye for detail.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  8. Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and TikTok’s in-app editing tools.
  9. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
  10. Adaptable and quick to respond to changing trends and feedback.
  11. Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of visual storytelling.
