Job description

Your responsibilities as a TikTok Content Creator will primarily be focused on the digital presence of our client on TikTok platforms. You will be responsible for creative production (pre-post production) starting from brainstorming until execution for our client's marketing campaign and also support in safeguarding the brand's reputation and ensuring the on-brand implementation of brand operating standards and programs.

Responsibilities

1. Proficient in video production process, starting from brainstorming and scriptwriting to editing. A strong understanding of current trends, particularly portrait videos, is a plus.
2. Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy for TikTok, including content calendars, copywriting, and post captions.
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics daily to identify optimization opportunities and ensure content is published on schedule.
4. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and campaign strategies.
5. Generate monthly reports to track performance and inform future content for client brands.

Qualifications

1. Bandung based, work from office.
2. A Bachelor's degree in any major, especially in communication.
3. Experience in content creation, production, or social media marketing is a plus.
4. Proficient in video editing tools like CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other tools.
5. Strong understanding of marketing languages and in-depth knowledge of the TikTok platform.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a fast response time.
7. Familiarity with KPIs and analytics is a plus for tracking and measuring social media performance.
8. Strong team player with a positive attitude.
9. Always craving knowledge and trends.
10. Energetic and confident in front of the camera.
11. Can work on tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
