Job Description:

1. Manage and develop the TikTok Affiliate Program, including scouting and recruiting affiliate partners
2. Maintain good communication and create promotional schemes for monthly campaigns
3. Manage the affiliate program budget and negotiate commission rates with affiliates

Qualifications:

1. Experienced in TikTok Affiliate with a minimum of 1.5 years
2. Social media savvy and up to date with current trends on TikTok
3. Great understanding of TikTok Seller Center and TikTok Ads Manager dashboard
4. A fast learner with excellent communication and strong analytical skills
