Job Responsibility Ticketing Supervisor:

As a ticketing supervisor, you will be responsible for selecting, placing, and promoting ticketing staff, ensuring the proper booking and sale of tickets, and maintaining daily records of business transactions. You may also be required to deal with customer complaints.

Job Description:

• Promote excellent performance by leading the team and supervising the daily operations of the department.
• Responsibility for operating appropriate cash handling procedures including processing cash, cheque, and credit/debit card sales for front of house, hospitality, and ticketing sales.
• Ensure high-quality services are offered.
• Maintain daily records of business transactions including ticket sales, receipt deposits, complimentary tickets, and bad debts.
• Communicate with the upper management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of similar working experience in a fast-paced customer support environment.
• Experience in cash handling and payment processing procedures.
• Experience in team supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
