[Thai Speaker] Customer Service Executive - Rotational Shift

  • Handle User complaints which manifest as incoming Ticket in Resolution Tools
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints through various channels.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Contact Center/Customer Service agent
  • Required languages: Strong proficiency in Bahasa Thai and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
  • Must be willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • 5 working days, 9-hour shift inclusive of 1 hour break and short breaks
  • Full Training Program will be provided for new hires
  • Must be willing to commute and work in Yogyakarta city (WFO)
  • High commitment to qualify & high focus on customer
