Qualifications - External

1. Strategy and Planning: Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up any improvement project related to breakdown time reduction for critical equipment.
2. Manufacturing: Develop and improve equipment capability and flexibility.

Health & Safety:

• To be aware of hazard and environmental aspects.
• Identify hazards in the workplace; ensure the work process with those hazards and fully understand the procedure in handling the hazards.
• Identify potential accidents and incidents, and perform quick response to take positive action to prevent any potential accidents and incidents (near miss).

Service Level:

• Provide best response time for every issue related to equipment breakdown.
• Perform quick troubleshooting in every single machine breakdown.
• Give accurate information and record for any single breakdown, through Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Demonstrate quick feedback or escalation to superior for any major breakdown.
• Understand clearly the troubleshooting flow.
• Record proper small kaizen improvements based on finding LDS.
• Perform effective autonomous maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Keep and maintain tools for maintenance.
• Follow proper PM schedule in CMMS.

Support:

• Provide support for continuous improvement projects, internal or cross-department.
• Early involvement in new project introductions from the Industrial team (OCP/PPEP project).
• Give continuous improvement ideas through the Employee Suggestion System (ESS).

Education:
Bachelor's degree (S1/DIII) in Automation/Electronic/Electrical or other Engineering Sciences.

Job Related Experience:
At least 1 year in Maintenance Engineering.

Business Understanding:
C++, Visual Basic, other programming languages, Electrical design, PLC, assembly processes, general manufacturing equipment (Soldering, screwing, testing, pick and place, greasing, labeling, flashing, coating).

Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills):
English, Indonesian (for local), ability to use MS Office, Lean Sigma mindset, presentation & communication skills.
