TENDERING ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Proven experience in tendering or bidding processes, preferably in Electrical Panel industry (min 2 years)

• Strong ability about Electrical Panel

• Strong analytical and numerical skills for cost estimation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Excel, project management software).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of contract law and procurement processes.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage tender documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.

• Analyze tender specifications and identify key deliverables.

• Develop accurate cost estimates for projects by assessing materials, labor, and overheads.

• Coordinate the offering submission process, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.

• Review and evaluate offerings from subcontractors and suppliers.

• Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers to clarify project requirements and tender specifications.

• Prepare and present offering proposals to clients.

• Conduct market research to identify potential projects and understand competitive positioning.

• Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in contract negotiations and finalize agreements with clients.

• Provide support to project teams during the execution phase to ensure adherence to the proposal.
