Tender & Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage tender processes from start to finish
• Ensure all documentation required for tenders are prepared accurately and submitted on time
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding tender specifications and requirements
• Assist with the development of pricing strategies and bids
• Conduct research on potential clients and competitors
• Track and analyze tender results and provide feedback to management
• Liaise with various departments to ensure all necessary information is obtained for tender submissions
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards during the tender process
• Monitor and track progress and status of the awarded project, ensuring goods are delivered on time
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for any disputes, delays, etc. of the awarded project
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and escalate to management for any necessary actions needed

Requirements:

• Minimum S1, Graduated from Engineering or Technical Major (Preferably Electrical, Mechanical)
• Age Between 29-39 years old
• Minimum 5 years of similar experience
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams both in Bahasa and English
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of tender documents
• Knowledge of E-Procurement & E-Bidding
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to prepare pricing proposals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tender management software
• Experience in organizing tender review meetings and preparing reports
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
