Tenant & Customer Relations Executive

About the Role

Responsible for tenant rental operations in accordance with applicable company procedures to create tenant/customer satisfaction and positive long-term relationships (For Mall Living Plaza).

Responsibilities:

1. Manage tenant operations from the first day to the last day of the contract agreement so that it runs well in accordance with applicable company procedures to support the achievement of company targets.
2. Manage change request documents (terms & conditions) in tenant lease agreements so that they are in accordance with the agreed agreement.
3. Receive and handle all tenant complaints related to operations (service and non-service) received from customers and tenants quickly and accurately according to company procedures.
4. Collect feedback from tenants/customers through surveys or direct interactions to be used as analysis material in improving customer satisfaction.
5. Identify opportunities to improve long-term relationships with potential tenants.

Requirements:

1. S1, All major.
2. Minimum 1 year working as Leasing/Casual Leasing in Mall.
3. Skill & Knowledge: Negotiation & Persuasion, Marketing Strategy, Leasing Management.
4. Placement: Head Office Kawan Lama Group, West Jakarta.
