WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATE AS COACH/ASSISTANT COACH PRAKERJA FOR TEKNIK RESELLER (DARING) PROGRAM.

TEACHING TIME IS ON MONDAY TO FRIDAY WITH SCHEDULE OPTIONS:

• SESSION 1: 11 AM - 2 PM
• SESSION 2: 3 PM - 6 PM
• SESSION 3: 7 PM - 10 PM (REQUIRED)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Prepare and deliver training materials related to techniques for becoming a successful reseller on top e-commerce platforms.
• Provide interactive and communicative guidance to training participants on online sales strategies, inventory management, digital marketing, and optimizing online stores.
• Evaluate participants' progress and provide regular feedback.
• Update training materials according to the latest developments in e-commerce.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare training outcome reports.
• Work with the teaching team to ensure smooth class operations, prepare training reports, develop materials, and assist participants in overcoming challenges to successfully complete the course.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Coach: At least 5 years of work or teaching experience in a relevant field, such as e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales.
• Assistant Coach: At least 2 years of work or teaching experience in a field related to e-commerce training, online sales, or digital marketing.
• Direct experience as a reseller or e-commerce business owner will be an added advantage.
• Able to create systematic and easy-to-understand learning materials.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to deliver content in an engaging and interactive manner.
