Temporary English Business Tutor

Design and administer standard English tests to evaluate English proficiency of Employees.

Design training curriculum and deliver training classes (up to 10 hours of class per week) that help Employees improve their English communication skills.

Deliver 1:1 coaching to improve pronunciation or/and overall speaking skills of selected Employees.

Together with the Learning and Development team, organize different activities to promote English learning culture in Gameloft YOGYAKARTA.

Requirements

1. Experience and passion in teaching English to adults, teaching certificate.
2. Customer-focused mindset, willing to adapt and modify action plans to better support learners.
3. Friendly, energetic, and easy to approach.
4. Good presentation/public speaking skill, with the ability to command the crowd.
5. A team player who can collaborate effectively with others to deliver projects.
6. IELTS 8.0 or equivalent is a plus.
7. With TESOL/TEFL certificate or equivalent.
