Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of EDC machines clearly to potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with merchants, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow-Up: Manage follow-ups with undecided merchants to close deals effectively.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Data Management: Accurately record call outcomes, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the telesales manager to share updates, challenges, and success stories.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or objections confidently and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay focused on achieving targets.
  • Basic computer skills to update CRM and manage call records.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a bonus.
