Telesales Agent (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to meet targets.
• Obtain referrals from current clients.
• Create awareness by distributing marketing material.
• Generate quotations and follow-up.
• Obtain client information and complete the subscription form on behalf of the client.
• Liaise with Sales Admin in data completion and submission.
• Assist clients with any other services required, i.e., change of ownership, cancellations, invoices, etc.
• Ensure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that product and system knowledge is current by attending various information/training sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from any field.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with clear and effective communication skills.
• Minimum two years of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing.
• Strong experience in contacting and engaging with B2B customers, preferably in a telesales or sales-related role.
• Willing to work on-site in South Jakarta.
