Telemarketing – Tantri App (Intern)

A newly set-up digital business and technology consulting service business is looking for technically capable, dynamic, and proactive students and professionals for internship projects for our business development and client requirements. Internship/Apprentice roles are open for 6-months contribution and experience real collaborations by working on-site (WFO) in our office located in Graha Pos Indonesia, Bandung, West Java.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a new and growing technology consulting start-up company. The position is open to all who are students or people who have experience in the field and are looking to gain knowledge and experience with a growing consulting company.

Responsibilities:

1. Make phone calls to leads/potential customers to confirm data and schedule meetings with Tantri’s Business Development team.
2. Complete Instagram leads/potential customers, websites, addresses & POS previously used.
3. Assist in compiling daily reports on call results and activities.
4. Manage merchant databases and update relevant information.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and implement telemarketing campaigns.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Vocational high school graduate, college student, or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
2. Have interest in customer service, call center, telemarketing, or sales operations roles.
3. Have good and clear communication skills.
4. Responsive, target-oriented, and motivated to learn.
5. Have an interest in learning marketing and IT.
6. Master the use of computers and office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet).
7. Able to handle telephone and administrative activities.
8. Domiciled in Bandung and willing to work from the office.
