Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Reduce waste and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Actively self-study to improve capability.
• Perform SAR Skill.
• Carry out all tasks in a safe manner whilst wearing all company regulation PPE at all times.
• Perform contamination control and safety activity related to technical job processes and refer to standard manual or procedure.
• Inspect and prepare reports in company standard service form for all warranty components.
• Inspect and report in standard Command, Fleet and Onboard System for all activities using Minestar Client.
• Complete all documents related to service administration and technology jobs process referring to standard manual or procedure.
• Ensure parts/components are in good condition when handed over to customers.
• Become a customer contact point to solve problems related to heavy equipment technology in accordance with guidance and procedures.
• Ensure all job activities are done right the first time.
• Actively self-study and share knowledge with others to improve capability.
• Guide junior servicemen in performing jobs and troubleshooting.
• Proceed parts requests related to technology jobs process and refer to standard manual or procedure.
• Utilize tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition and refer to standard manual or procedure.
• Conduct performance tests to ensure technology components work reliably and perform well.
• Test and adjust technology components for optimal configuration.
• Conduct troubleshooting activities in related technology jobs processes independently.
• Handle complaints and provide advice in service delivery.
• Define service requirements (revenue and warranty) related to customer requests.
• Perform service activities, make quick responses, and meet completion targets and customer requirements with satisfactory quality of work.
• Perform disassembly/assembly of technology component replacements from end-to-end process referring to guidance.
• Perform preventive maintenance from end-to-end process referring to guidance.
• Remove, clean, inspect, and install activities in related technology jobs processes and refer to standard manual or procedure.
• Communicate effectively in service delivery.
