Description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for reducing waste and contributing to continuous improvement.
2. Responsible for actively self-study to improve capability.
3. Responsible for SAR Skill.
4. Responsible for carrying out all tasks in a safe manner whilst wearing all company regulation PPE at all times.
5. Responsible for performing contamination control and safety activity related to technical job processes and referring to standard manuals or procedures.
6. Responsible for inspecting and preparing reports in company standard service form for all warranty components.
7. Responsible for inspecting and reporting in standard Command, Fleet, and Onboard System for all activities using Minestar Client.
8. Responsible for completing all documents related to service administration and technology jobs processes referring to standard manuals or procedures.
9. Responsible for ensuring the parts/components are in good condition when handed over to the customer.
10. Responsible for becoming a customer contact point to solve problems related to heavy equipment technology in accordance with guidance and procedures.
11. Responsible for ensuring all job activities are done right the first time.
12. Responsible for actively self-study and sharing knowledge with others to improve capability.
13. Responsible for guiding junior servicemen to perform jobs and troubleshoot.
14. Responsible for proceeding with parts requests related to technology jobs processes and referring to standard manuals or procedures.
15. Responsible for tools and equipment utilization, ensuring they are in good condition and referring to standard manuals or procedures.
16. Responsible for conducting performance tests to ensure component technology works reliably and performs well.
17. Responsible for testing and adjusting to set technology components for the best configuration to ensure optimal equipment performance.
18. Responsible for conducting troubleshooting activities in related technology job processes independently.
19. Responsible for handling complaints and providing advice in service delivery.
20. Responsible for defining service requirements (revenue and warranty) related to customer requests.
21. Responsible for service activities, making quick responses, and meeting completion targets and customer requirements with satisfactory quality of work.
22. Responsible for performing disassembly/assembly of technology component replacements from end-to-end processes referring to guidance.
23. Responsible for performing preventive maintenance from end-to-end processes referring to guidance.
24. Responsible for performing troubleshooting referring to guidance and standard manuals or procedures.
25. Responsible for removing, cleaning, inspecting, and installing activities in related technology job processes and referring to standard manuals or procedures.
26. Responsible for performing communication effectively in service delivery.

Job Requirement

• Minimum D3 in Heavy Equipment/Polytechnic/Related Technical Competencies major
• GPA minimum N/A
• Minimum 1 year experience in Senior Mechanic/Senior Technology Serviceman/Service Experience/Serviceman/Technology Serviceman
