Technician SMT

Responsibilities

1. Expert with Yamaha, Samsung, Kohyung, Vitrox, Hellerm BTU Machine
2. Knowledge of mechanical/electrical/electronics devices
3. Computer literate
4. Preventive maintenance
5. Technical Support for SMT & BE Line
6. Feeder Repair/Maintenance
7. Daily troubleshooting of machine problems and quality issues
8. Able to work well according to their respective stations.
9. Able to produce output according to the target
10. Responsible for the products (PCBA) completed at their respective stations (SMT, soldering, assembly, testing, rework, inspection, etc.)
11. Responsible for the Component and PCBA WIP of Automotive Division inventory.

14. Report any quality problems or defects to management for corrective action
15. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Senior High School
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position
3. Skills: Technical support for SMT and BE Line, SMT Yamaha Machine, SPI/AOI Machine, KIC Profiler, Preventive Maintenance, Feeder Repair/Maintenance
4. Able to work on a production line.
5. Able to communicate with superior requirements
