Technician Service Staf

About the role:
As a Technician Service Staff at PT JSW Plastics Machinery Indonesia, this full-time position is based in Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat, and will involve providing technical support and servicing to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Performing regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on our machines.
• Setting up and installing Plastics Injection Machines with a high level of precision.
• Operating a computer and using Microsoft Office & email correspondence.
• Maintaining our assets & service tools.
• Performing administrative tasks: Service reports, technical service recommendations for customers, preparing delivery parts, delivery orders & other administrative duties for our customers.

Personnel Requirements:

• Age around 21 – 35 years old.
• Experience as a technician in plastic injection machines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum education: Senior High School degree / Diploma Degree.
• Experience in a Japanese company is preferred.
• Good health with a professional attitude.
• Must have a driving license for car & motorcycle (Sim A & C).
• Willing to work overtime if needed.
• Can speak English (at least passive conversation) or Japanese (passive conversation).
